George Mitschele
President and COO
George joined Bernadette in July of 2007 with over 20 years of print, paper and direct mail experience. Spending 11 years in various finance and marketing management roles with Glatfelter Paper, a $980 million manufacturer of print and technical specialty papers, and 6 years as Chief Financial Officer with USA Direct, a $50-million direct mail printing and fulfillment company, George brings his diverse background to the leadership role of Bernadette.
George is responsible for the overall business of the corporation, including strategic planning, management recruiting, strategic relationships, capital formation, operations reviews and oversight, and investor and financial community relations.
George graduated from Susquehanna University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and obtained a law degree from the University Of Dayton School Of Law.
George has three children and lives with his fiancée in the St. Louis area.
Tom Salkowski
General Manager
Tom joined Bernadette in May of 2006 with over 20 years of management, production and photography experience. He brings a diversified background and fresh approach to the leadership team of Bernadette.
He has duel resposibilities here at Bernadette starting with the Print Division (Litho & Flexo Printing) which includes the direction and management of the division’s utilization of resources such as personnel, inventory and technology.
Tom has been instrumental in implementing programs that ensure overall quality and on-time delivery.
He also manages the day to day operations of the facility such as cleaning, maintenance, inventory and security. Tom coordinates safe, secure and environmentally-sound operations and maintenance of the companies assets.
Tom is married, has one daughter, enjoys golf, Blues hockey and Maui vacations. He resides in Chesterfield, Missouri.
Brian Curran
Client Services Manager
Brian has been with Bernadette for over 15 years, beginning his career in the sales area and moving into operations as a Project Coordinator then later as General Manager.
Brian’s broad background allows him to effectively balance the needs of our customers while maintaining required production levels throughout our facility.
Brian's care and concern for both employees and customers drive his pursuit of perfection. Brian's professional but personal style of management has helped in creating a loyal group of employees who take great pride in their work.
After graduating college Brian worked as a Service Manager for Trans World Airlines. He has also held several elected offices including Mayor and Police Commissioner where he further developed his leadership skills.
Judy Reutiman
Controller
Judy joined Bernadette in May of 2008 with 20 years experience in the accounting / finance area. She spent the past 8 years as Controller for a $90 million international animal health and nutrition company.
As Controller, Judy is responsible for Financial, Human Resources and Information Technology activities of the business.
Judy graduated from St. Cloud State University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Judy is married, has two children and lives in Highland, IL. Her interests include reading, fitness and travel.
