Jet Envelope Printing

The process of Jet Printing an envelope consists of taking pre-manufactured blank envelopes and running them through a printing press (Jet Press) specifically designed to print envelopes.

The Jet process is typically much more economical than traditional envelope printing and converting for shorter runs (under 1 million envelopes) because the Jet presses are smaller, easier to set up and run, and require less overhead.

With our newest addition, a Halm 4 color Jet Press, Bernadette's Jet Envelope Division now operates 12 jet envelope presses that can produce up to 65 million envelopes per month in up to 4 colors in one pass.

Because of our flexibility, we offer 5 to 7 day turn around on most orders, as compared to 3 or 4 weeks with traditional envelope converters.

Call us today and see how Bernadette's Jet Envelope can deliver high quality printed envelopes that save you time and money.
